What materials is the knife made from?

The blade is forged in Thiers, France from high-performance Nitrox® stainless steel and finished with a durable PVD coating. The handle is crafted from laminated carbon fiber, making it both lightweight and remarkably strong.

How does the locking mechanism work?

It features an ambidextrous Integrated Precision Lock that keeps the blade securely in place during use. With its thumb notch and precision engineering, it opens smoothly and locks safely whether you’re right- or left-handed.

What makes this knife comfortable for chefs?

The forged bolster is modeled after the brand’s full-size kitchen knives, giving chefs a familiar, balanced grip. Combined with the lightweight carbon fiber handle and a 15° double bevel edge, it’s comfortable, efficient, and intuitive to use.

Does the knife include a corkscrew?

Yes. The knife includes a built-in corkscrew that folds flush into the handle. It’s ready whenever you need to open a bottle tableside without adding bulk to the knife’s profile.
