Seasoned Carbon Steel Frying Pan Set

Pre-seasoned with a mixture of shea nut oil and coconut oil, we’ve taken care of the first two seasonings (the hardest ones) so you can experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. Combining the light weight maneuverability and control of Stainless Clad with the heat retention of cast iron, it’s no wonder that Carbon Steel is a favorite in both home and restaurant kitchens worldwide. The hollow build of our proprietary Stay Cool Handle™ dissipates heat to keep it from getting scalding hot while on the stovetop. This means the heat stays on your ingredients, not your hands.

Our medium 10” is great for chicken breasts for two or for reheating leftovers. Our largest 12” Frying Pan is ideal for searing proteins like steak or pork chops to create a golden brown crust. Carbon Steel may just become your new go-to material.

Yes! Our Carbon Steel Cookware works on the stovetop, on the grill, and in the oven.

Is Carbon Steel Good for Cooking?

Carbon Steel is great for cooking at high temperatures. From stir fry, to fried eggs, omelets, and plenty more, our construction eliminates hot spots, and the separate stainless steel handle makes it much better than a cast iron skillet.

What is the difference between Carbon steel and Stainless Steel?

One of the biggest differences between these two materials is that Carbon Steel requires seasoning. However, both heat well, and are great for home cooks.

What's the difference between Seasoned and Unseasoned?

Seasoning helps your pan develop a non stick surface, makes clean up easier, and keeps the surface of your pan protected from rust and corrosion. With our Seasoned pans, we’ve taken care of the first two seasonings so you can get cooking faster than ever.
