Seasoned Carbon Steel Frying Pan

Pre-seasoned with a mixture of shea nut oil and coconut oil, we’ve taken care of the first two seasonings (the hardest ones) so you can experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. Our Carbon Steel combines the heat retention of cast iron with the control and maneuverability of Stainless Clad, resulting in a natural non stick alternative.

We stamp Carbon Steel into a thin disc that’s half the weight of cast iron but every bit as durable—so it seasons faster, responds quicker, and is rugged enough for your grill or open flame.

With sloping walls and a wide surface, this pan provides maximum heat contact for high-heat searing. The hollow build of our proprietary Stay Cool Handle™ dissipates heat to keep it from getting scalding hot while on the stovetop. This means the heat stays on your ingredients, not your hands. See how this chef-loved pan will replace cast iron as your favorite kitchen heirloom.

Is Your Carbon Steel Oven Safe?

Yes! Our Carbon Steel Cookware works on the stovetop, on the grill, and in the oven.

Is Carbon Steel Good for Cooking?

Carbon Steel is great for cooking at high temperatures. From stir fry, to fried eggs, omelets, and plenty more, our construction eliminates hot spots, and the separate stainless steel handle makes it much better than a cast iron skillet.

What is the difference between Carbon steel and Stainless Steel?

One of the biggest differences between these two materials is that Carbon Steel requires seasoning. However, both heat well, and are great for home cooks.

What's the difference between Seasoned and Unseasoned?

Seasoning helps your pan develop a non stick surface, makes clean up easier, and keeps the surface of your pan protected from rust and corrosion. With our Seasoned pans, we’ve taken care of the first two seasonings so you can get cooking faster than ever.
