CeramiClad® 2.0 Non Stick Saute Pan

Crafted in Italy, we coat each piece of our Award-Winning 5-Ply Stainless Clad Cookware with multiple layers of professional-grade Non Stick. The result is an even-heating stainless base with a frictionless cooking surface that's easy to clean.

The large cooking surface of the versatile Saute Pan is built for searing or sautéeing, while the high straight walls and 3.5 QT capacity makes this shape ideal for reducing or braising. Our hollow Stay Cool Handle™ allows you to perfect your sautée flip without burning your hand. Unlike cheaply-made nonstick on the market, the coating is safe to 550F which unlocks oven-finished dishes. Discover the difference our chef-loved Non Stick Saute Pan will make in your kitchen.

Is Your CeramiClad® Non Stick Cookware Dishwasher Safe?

Because of the non stick coating on its cooking surface, our non stick cookware needs to be hand washed.

How Do You Cook With CeramiClad® Non Stick?

You can use our versatile CeramiClad® Non Stick cookware on the stove top, including induction cooktops, as well as in the oven. Because of its non stick surface, we do not recommend using metal utensils. You’ll get the best food release by cooking over medium temperatures on the stove top, rather than cranking your heat to high!

What is 5-Ply Construction?

5-Ply cookware refers to stainless steel constructed from five different layers. We use this as the base of our CeramiClad® pans to ensure excellent heat conduction and even heating across the surface.
