CeramiClad® 2.0 Non Stick Saucepan

Crafted in Italy, we coat each piece of our Award-Winning 5-Ply Stainless Clad Cookware with a proprietary high-performance ceramic non stick coating that is free from harmful chemicals. The result is an even-heating stainless base with a frictionless cooking surface that is durable enough for high-volume restaurant kitchens, and is the easiest to clean.

Full cladding all the way up the walls of the Saucepan ensures fully-cooked sauces without hot bottoms and cold tops, while the non stick surface cleans in seconds—even for caramel. A flared lip promotes easy, mess-free pours, while our ergonomic and hollow Stay Cool Handle™ keeps the heat on your sauce and off your hand. Discover the difference our chef-loved CeramiClad™ Saucepan will make in your kitchen.

Third-Party Tested For Safety:

Is Your CeramiClad® Non Stick Cookware Dishwasher Safe?

Because of the non stick coating on its cooking surface, our non stick cookware needs to be hand washed.

How Do You Cook With CeramiClad® Non Stick?

You can use our versatile CeramiClad® Non Stick cookware on the stove top, including induction cooktops, as well as in the oven. Because of its non stick surface, we do not recommend using metal utensils. You’ll get the best food release by cooking over medium temperatures on the stove top, rather than cranking your heat to high!

What is 5-Ply Construction?

5-Ply cookware refers to stainless steel constructed from five different layers. We use this as the base of our CeramiClad® pans to ensure excellent heat conduction and even heating across the surface.
